Barbier Wins Numerous Key Motions

August 31, 2017

Barbier served as lead defense counsel for a large nursing home chain in a False Claims Act lawsuit that was vigorously defended for more than three years. In a civil forfeiture case, Barbier obtained a full dismissal of the case and an Order that all of her client’s seized monies be returned.
